Do you ship international?
Currently Shaq.com does not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order ship?
All orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). We offer Same Day Shipping on all next day or 2nd day orders if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST. Once you order ships, you will receive an email notification confirming it has shipped along with the details of the order and the tracking information.

When will my order arrive?
Order deliveries are contingent upon product availability and the shipping option you selected. Shipping times are calculated from the time your order leaves our warehouse and the shipping option chosen. Please note: Partial orders will not ship until the order is complete.

Can I ship to any address?
You can ship to any physical street address within the United States. UPS will not ship to a personal mailbox or a post office box.

Can I ship to more than one location?
We can ship to more than one location but separate orders must be placed for each shipping address.

UPS is the delivery service provider for all shipments. You have the option to select the type of shipping method that best suits your needs. Transit time depends on where you live and the shipping method you selected.
